As we rely on third-party services for the delivery of physical products, we cannot process any refunds or cancel the order once the order is in transit or if more than 24 hours have passed after successfully placing the order.

If you wish to cancel the order, you must reach out to us within 24 hours after making a successful payment. Upon cancellation, we will process the refund and cancellation, deducting a nominal fee as cancellation charges.

Refunds will be processed and reflected in your bank account within 4-5 Working Days.
