Sadhana BM Private Limited ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://sadhanamart.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are designed to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set mutual expectations.
1. General
Subject to stock availability, we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time-to-time there may be a discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the available products and contact you regarding the backordered items.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase and will be the final price for shipping costs.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
We accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request is received within 2-3 days of receipt and the items are returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. The customer will cover return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed as store credit for future purchases. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

3.2 Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receipt. Customers will need to pre-pay return shipping, but we will reimburse upon a successful warranty claim.

- A replacement item (if stock is available)
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments take 2 - 7 days in transit.
4.2 Transit Time Internationally
International shipments usually take 4 - 22 days, depending on the courier. A specific estimate will be provided during checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment, except on national holidays.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
You can change the delivery address before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only, and cannot offer courier services for these locations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We ship to military addresses using USPS but cannot offer courier services.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the available items and reserve the rest until the item is available.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us for investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor their shipment.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel and contact customer service. If delivered without you being present, reach out to customer service.
7. Duties & Taxes

Sales tax is already included in the price displayed on the website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties and taxes are pre-paid, with no extra fees on arrival.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, you can cancel it before it has been dispatched. For cancellations after dispatch, refer to our refund policy.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
9.1 Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit
We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed the investigation.
9.2 Process for Parcel Lost In-Transit
We will process a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
